Welcome

I’m a UKCP accredited psychoanalytic psychotherapist. I work at Community Psychotherapy Network, Bethnal Green, East London. I do individual psychoanalytic psychotherapy, couple and online therapy both in English and Hungarian. Please take a few minutes to explore my website.

Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy

Psychological distress and symptoms result from unresolved conflicts experienced during childhood which have become buried in the unconscious mind to protect the individual. Where defence mechanisms become maladaptive, psychoanalytic therapy assists the client to bring these conflicts into consciousness, to experience the feelings from that time and begin to resolve those conflicts in the relationship with the analyst.

Who is it for?

Psychoanalytic psychotherapy can help with a range of psychological problems, particularly difficulties that can impact on relationships:

  • depression
  • anxiety disorders
  • relationship difficulties
  • post-traumatic difficulties
  • couple difficulties
  • personality difficulties

About Me

I provide a confidential, safe and non-judgmental space where any of your issues can be explored and understood. Although I’m trained in the psychoanalytic tradition I’m open-minded, dedicated, and curious. I believe in the importance of developing an authentic relationship between patient and therapist which enables true self-development.
